just because someone said something on the radio or on tv, it's not a fact, just an opinion, and when it is repeated it's just a quote...the FACTS are that martha made a mistake, and then instead of admitting it, she tried to cover it up, with the help of her broker...whatever your bias, that is still illegal, and since she stubbornly refused to make any kind of deal, admit any guilt, or show any kind of contrition, she is now in this predicament
this case has absolutely ZERO to do with halliburton, and the quote you cited is just like so much of the political and socioeconomic blather on tv and radio these days, it sounds compelling but it lacks much substance
