Tora Bora - that's the cover story anyway. But seems to me that if you have public enemy #1 cornered you don't call a cease fire just to please some war lord. We may nevre know what really happened there. We may also never know how a large band of Al Qaida leaders was able to slip out despite all our birds in the air and troops on the ground. Are they magicians? A real vanishing act. or could it be something else?
