It's not really a very good show (and I'm an avowed Miller fan). Miller's message and delivery work much better in contexts where he's a guest rather than host or in stand-up, where he has full spotlight. His trenchancy is diluted in multi-focus situations. (Hence, the failure of his first and short-lived talk show some 10-12 years ago, and the dismal Monday Night NFL appearances). A man's got to know his limitations. "Didn't realize Dennis Miller was doing so badly."
