I have a considerable portfolio but not one single desert dirt. I learned a very important lesson that, as I found out much to my chagrin, should have been learned by listening to others. Oh well! Blue Chips and a few risky tech stocks, along with several safe tax shelters with indexing funds helped me weather through the IPM debacle. I met some great folks though, and am not sorry for that! Now I'm having fun again. Great to hear from you. As for my anchorage check out the Baja link below. Just a small page I put together for family and the Keel Work for folks in a forum owning the same clipper which spawned from a company thirty years defunct. It's a beautiful boat and we help each other through thick and thin. Quite a distance in mind and spirit from the desert dirt of the '90's. Cheers, Mike geocities.com
