I have to agree with John, Suma. Martha has indeed been convicted of what was a trivial offense at the outset, but then she set out to dig her own grave. Give the Feds a slow pitch like the one she gave them and they'll bat it out the park every time.

OTOH, I basically agree with you. If Martha eventually does time, simple equity demands that Skilling be hung, drawn and quartered.
