May 19, 1997--Cryogenic Solutions Inc. (OTC: CYGS) announced Monday the
company's successful acquisition of use rights to a vector which expresses sequence specific single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) in
live eukaryotes (everything except plants and bacteria).

Within nine months the company (CSI) will complete the construction of a "vector cassette" which will express sequent specific
ssDNA in vivo. CSI believes a market will develop for its vector cassette among the array of biomedical investigators
interested in the telomere of various organisms, including humans. Telomeres are the redundant ends of the chromosomes and
current literature indicates the telomere can be manipulated to overcome or induce cell senescence (death). Telomeres have
also been linked to changes in geriatric genetic expression.

"Our ssDNA vector cassette is a bioengineered alternative to expressing telomerase. Telomerase is the focus of extensive
research by several biotechs. Hopefully, we can help them move on to the next step," said company president Dell Gibson.

CSI has arranged sufficient financing to complete the ssDNA expression vector cassette. The company is negotiating with
various parties regarding licensing the technology for commercial food production and animal research with a view toward
human application.

The company's ssDNA vector cassette can be targeted to effect selected tissues according to the customer's application.
