LOL. This is what is so frightening about another four years of Shrub. The Supremes are seriously aging here and there are some such as John Paul Stevens (moderate to liberal) who probably want to go sit in a hammock somewhere.

Choice, civil rights, privacy, social security, medicare, consumer protection....all up for a pounding in a second Shrub admin.

Can you imagine 2 or more Scalias on the bench for life?
