Lots of folks here on SI were shorting her for quite a while. The inventory build up is directly related to the new OEMs, you dont start supplying GTW and HWP using JIT model, you must build up supply which has the net positive effect of allowing your new customers to increase their requirements while allowing you to apply some % of the increasing parts inventory across your own brand to bring your costs down.
With GTW's purchase of E Machines Haup could be serving 3 of the top 5 OEMs, I believe more OEMs will join the parade.

Volume is king in this business and when you get beyond the allocation plans of the early quarters; cash flow really begins to kick in....

HAUPS product line plays into the sweet spots for the convergence of PC with TV as entertainment controller, enhanced viewing, and recorder.

HAUPS management team is top notch, they are seasoned veterans of the pc as media markets, having stayed the course in this field they have constantly evolved their methods and products across applications.

Remember HDTV is mandated for all broadcasts beyond 06, HDTV being digital really turns the heat up for the New media companies. HAUP could well be a leader.
