Multinational corporations started producing outside their country of origin long time ago. Then, no one was calling outflow of jobs when GM or Ford had factories abroad. I can recall the Blue Collars of the Chicago suburb jobs disappearing. Today is the white collars. But again the jobs of the farmers disappeared too and everybody became more rich because of that. The best way to keep the jobs in the US is to bring in the Indians to live there and execute the jobs inside the US via massive migration.
