Kerry will disarm North Korea even if he has to stand them down, but first he will continue dialogue. It costs us nothing to talk and keep them engaged. Hard to understand the North Koreans. Deep-down they might just be paranoid. That's why Bush's Axis Of Evil speech was so reckless. Like sticking a tiger in the eye with a stick. It sounded tough but then we realized we have no military option in NK other than total war with perhaps a million people dead. If Bush appoints Lugar, he would be taking on someone who disagrees with the neocons.
