Excardog,

Got a question. I was going through the Govt. numbers on unemployment at bls.gov. I noticed that while payrolls only increased 21,000, the number of part time workers (for economic reasons) decreased by about 300,000 or so. Does that imply that ~300,000 workers who were working partime, found full time employment (or were converted to fulltime status in February? Maybe this is a normal fluctuation in the household survey?

Thanks.
