i am cancelling my full benefit medical coverage for a very high deductible major medical plan and an msa Thats what I have and I am very satisfied. If I get in a car accident I am completely covered. Otherwise its out of pocket. These are the type of plans we as a nation should institute for national healthcare and medicare. The high deductible keeps the costs way down and if people really get sick they won't have to declare bankruptcy.
