Good for you, I think more and more people will do this. It makes perfect sense.

HMOs and full coverage medical plans are ideas that sounded really good and turned out to be a complete nightmares because people have zero incentive to ration their own use and when the HMO bureaucracy rations by decree it appears to be arbitrary and completely unjust.
