Terry McCauliff was not Global Crossing's Chairman...Yet, if he truly committed insider trading then he should be punished...I'm NOT a friend of his...I think the Dems should have fired him long ago...Of course the GOP has retained Enron lobbyist Ed Gillespie as its leader -- a higher standard of leadership, right...;-)
