There are farm raised crawfish in Louisiana, and they don't taste as good as the wild ones, either. I suppose I should taste Louisiana farm raised crawfish alongside Chinese farm raised crawfish in order to be really fair about this. Was hoping to take my older son to Louisiana next week - he is on spring break - but am being run ragged by insurance defense weasels. Perhaps in April I can take the younger one.
