Oh I assure you Africa is getting lots and lots of attention...Has been since 9/11.

There were numerous early published anecdotes about black OPS (no pun) on the continent and around some E African islands like Madagascar, the Seychelles and others for a while. They have stopped. I attribute that more to better operational security than anything else.
