JFD, re: The lack of job creation is not blamed on the media but there hyperbole in that regard is. Well as long as it isn't having a material effect on the job market. "Hyperbole" is what the media does; it's the product they sell. Regardless of D/R administration. re: "I guess you feel that The "Nattering Nabobs of Negativism" have HR not filling needed positions made some point" but I don't read the op ed pages and therefore am not hip enough to understand what point you are making with that sound bite. Hip? Just old. That's what Spiro Agnew used to call the "liberal press". And Spiro was anything but hip. re: Obviously you are a Dem. and like big government and big taxes- You read a lot into my brief post. I voted for Bush last time around, I'm voting for "anybody but" this time. His deficits will cripple our economy for at least a generation. His nation-building in the ME is irresponsible, his trashing of the institutions that all former Presidents have supported, and have lead to a more rational world is criminal. He's the worst President of my lifetime (and the most "liberal, if you look at actions and not rhetoric). Sorry for the off topic post. John
