If your broker tells you insider info be sure and sit there like a dummy and lose money on your stock, ok? John, as I keep trying to point out, the judge didn't think there was any basis for a claim of insider trading since there was no evidence of manipulation. As a matter of fact, the claim had nothing to do with her actions regarding Imclone stock but of trying to deceive her own investors to manipulate the price of MSO! As it turns out, based on Erbitux now being approved by the FDA, she might one day soon argue she lost money on the trade. Wouldn't that be ironic. - Jeff
