I hadn't noticed the difference in TV vs telephone rates until you pointed it out. Anecdotedly, I may not be a good example, but my own ownership of these devices is probably atypical: 7 television sets and 13 telephones not counting the cellular types. But, I am running my own business from my home and have to be available to answer the phone no matter where I am in and around the house all day. I have no excuse for the TV sets. ggg. Barry
