Choban, I am still trying to figure out the AND situation. How about this theory: The "big" contract was announced prematurely and the actual contract is not nearly as good as is being speculated. They can not release the actual contract details yet. Thus trading was halted to prevent a runup based on the premature announcement. Trading will not resume until the actual contract details can be released, this may be a few days. Does my theory make sense? Or have you been able to dig up anything?
