Once Kerry wins all our allies will be eager to help us straighten out Iraq and other hot spots. The problem with Bush-Cheney is that from the beginning they came off like hard-ons, big bully men bossing allies around, even bossing Russia around. And everyone knew that Bush had no mandate to do that. He lost the popular vote to Gore, and in the european press the Florida voter rolls scrubbing was widely reported, though the US media hardly touched the story.

Then after 9-11 all countries in the world wanted to help us. Everyone was fine until the Iraq bullying began. Then Bush-Cheney reinforced the original fears our allies had about him. Except for Tony Blair and a few others, the international community just got totally turned off and refused to cooperate. I sense they are all just waiting for Kerry to win and will do nothing to help Bush this year.
