Boy, I'm outa ideas here. Yesterday I spent a couple hours, seems like, running SpyBot, Ad-aware and AVG virus killer (found no viruses). Ad-aware got a real workout and enabled me to dump several dozen POS.

But, I'm still getting all sorts of popups (and I'm running PanicWare Popup Stopper). I said to hell with it and ordered a new Dell. I'll slick this drive later and start over with it. It'll just be a backup of sorts then.
