Go to pcpitstop.com and run the tests. When you get to the test results summary page there's a link in the upper right of the page offering to share your results. Click that link and you will get a page that has a picture similar to the one I am posting below. Copy and paste that link into a message here on SI and maybe we can see where the problem is coming from. thelinksataudubon.com
