Kerry is a counter-terrorism expert and war hero, dolly. Know why he voted against a CIA funding in the 90's? Because he demanded less $$ on spy satellites and more on human intelligence and spooks on the ground. Turns out he was precisely right. As usual. Spy satellites haven't stopped 9-11 or caught OBL. Bush hasn't either. In fact Bush allowed 9-11 to happen. Why call him a counter-terrorist? He was AWOL on terrorism.
