Thousands March in Haiti for New Leaders and Army

ORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, March 7 — Gunfire broke out this afternoon outside the presidential palace after thousands of Haitians, including the rebel leader Guy Philippe, marched through the capital alongside a convoy of armed United States marines, calling for a new government and a new army in Haiti.
