i believe there was a poll on cable showing 88% agreed in Ms being sent to jail.

Now she lied to agents trying to do an investigation. Her secretary deleted an email as told by ms and then was told to put in back in. later she said she knew nothing of it.

forget if she is an obnoxious rich women.... she lied to federal agents trying to do an investigation. This is also a person who has worked as a stock broker.

The jury found her guilty not the government.

I hope it sets up in corp America a sense of values that if they lie or try to cover up they may get sent to prison.

Yes, many stockholders got hurt on ms and some even gambled on Friday to bid up the price of the stock before the jury announced their findings.

Another example of abuse imo last Thursday , i believe we had soundview come out on cree with a value of $15. based on massive drop in price of led's.. On Friday the semi news paper retracted reporting on the soundview downgrade as no one could substantiate the rumor of a pricing drop in the industry and the analyst was unavailable. Now we need someone to hold this analyst accountable. Is he representing shorts or clients rather than presenting what the facts are in this industry? we need to have him come out with specifics on why only he has this information when Cree and the industry cannot support what he says.

In my opinion we haven't gone far enough in the broker busines or wall street to clean up trading.
