...I find it difficult to follow all those theoretical disagreements between Prechter, Gayer, Neely and whoever. One of them decides that the 1929+ Bear was a triangle, another one, however, thinks that it looks more like a zigzag -- and that difference changes their entire outlook on world's history - and its future... -g/ng.

Hence, Prechter thinks that we are already in the Wave 4 of the Grand Supercycle, which (wave) may last as long as a hundred years... those other guys still have us in a lower degree correction (up to a mere 20 years or so) - with the great multigenerational decline yet to come, after another big advance. I can't see with any degree of real confidence which one of them is right, so I try to stick to more reasonable time frames, which might be more relevant to trading (and, in any case, tend to be less depressing... -g)
