Rice has refused to testify and Bush has agreed to meeting with the commission for a maximum of 1 hour. So much for Bush caring for the feelings of the 9/11 victims. He is a very cold hearted person whether it is with attending the funerals of those fallen in Iraq and Afghanistan or those for 9/11. Don't know what leadership he talks about. Guiliani would not have done that would he.
