OT - If the guy or the jury had any integrity, they should have denied to appear on TV or express any opinion publicly - unfortunate the jury had their own agenda in their conviction of Martha and was therefore biased and not impartial.

There are so many people who commit similar crimes including high placed officials in our own government - not telling the truth for personal gain is not a rare incident it happen on a daily basis .... if for political or direct or indirect monetary gain.

How about not publishing the January PPI or the recent employment report or statements that there is no inflation or that the economy is generating pent up demand for jobs?

All those statements inflict substantial more damage on us than Martha’s action

.... or we almost forgot the famous stock recommendation of few years ago ..... intentional lies to defraud the public ..... did any one go to jail for that ? ..... those people should have been impaled publicly in front of their respective offices. This how several hundred years ago Vlad Tzepesh got rid of the criminals in his own land
