Here's something to consider, lets PRESUME it SHOULD be an intelligence and law enforcement operation. Has ANYONE stopped to THINK about the COST of prosecuting thousands of terrorists EVEN if they could be caught in that manner? I think it would tie up our judiciary and bankrupt the legal process in this nation. And THATS if it was SUCCESSFUL. jdn
