A stock Jeep wrangler 5spd. T/C today is a model 231. Some people UPGRADE to an ATLAS which is stronger and lower geared. However the 231 is a very fine T/C and adequate for my needs. A friend upgraded to an Atlas ($2,700 upgrade) and had no need for his 231. Now, he could have sold it, but he said just exchange yours for mine and I'll sell yours. Nothing wrong with my T/C but it did have 54,000 miles on it and his had 400 miles so seemed like a good deal to me. haha. Plus, we were able to install my SYE on the BENCH rather then UNDER the jeep. Lot more pleasant to work. haha. jdn
