Kerry could be in good position to take some of the Cuban vote in Florida: newyorker.com A lot of them are wondering why we went halfway around the world to battle a brutal dictatorship when we have one 90 miles off our shores. All Kerry has to do is to promise not to return the rafters to Cuba, and their vote is his.
