That seems unreal since 11 days before the deadline he and his agent were reminded that they needed to file if that was their intent.

This guy goes through life doing whatever he feels like doing with no consequences. It's no wonder he is such a jackass. Perhaps Reed will be able to put a thumb on him but I somehow doubt it.
