Scott, That was, word for word, exactly the way I feel about this sham case. The moral is: don't talk to the feds or any investigators about anything without a signed and sealed grant of total immunity and without your lawyer present and video tape running. Take lots of breaks to conference and go over exactly what is being asked. Answer only the exact question asked and, when possible, say I don't know or I don't recall.
