I can only draw on 30 years experience in consulting engineering during which I designed,specified,purchased,installed and started-up mechanical equipment such as paper machines and dye ranges(among other things) to support that statement.

Mechanical fabricators are seldom required to prove a process. Their responsibility is to manufacture equipment to specification. In those cases where an equipment manufacturer has a great deal of experience in the field,guarantees may be made,but,even then, the actual manufacture of a product is left until the equipment is installed at the customer's plant or mill and check-out is done with customer personnel.

The fabricator of this equipment can not have the experience and background necessary to guanrantee this process for the obvious reason that no one has mass produced lithium polymer batteries.
