NTOP - changes business plans again! Since the MSO's haven't signed those imminent contracts, their going directly to the users. So now there is another beta test in the islands. How long will that last?

Now, I don't think this is necessarily a bad move on their part. But it points out yet another failed plan. The company has maybe two more years until they make it or they're gone.
