Kent,

Thats right! I think they move the numbers around from time to time
just so they can get a little action. Obviously, I am much more
careful now than I was last year at this time.

The following is a cut at the numbers for the past week.

Once again, FSII is "in the middle of the pack". A small gain for
the week with a PE of 23. Until some further news comes to the fore,
that is probably where it will stay. It is particularly hard to see
how the price will rise much given the almost exclusive downward
earnings projections of the past months. Actually, I am rather
surprised it has done as well as it has given the very poor outlook
for FY-97.

Several stocks at the lower end of this list might be a good
investment in the near term. The problem is sorting out the winners
from the losers.
