If I am looking at correct section, I believe you are incorrect. He said: "Our 39-year gain
in intrinsic value has therefore somewhat exceeded our 22.2% gain in book." Book value is not stock market price.

Please provide the section, where you think Buffett hints that the stock is below its IV.
