Correct but the other shareholders do have a vote and that is of doubtful import in Fonar. Besides the company is in violation of the Sarbanes-Oxley law which requires idependent directors on the board of governors of publically owned companies. Don't tell me the shareholders voted to exempt Fonar from Federal Law.
