I am short the market now. It's a bubble. So is the real estate market. As soon as rates tick up or inflation rears its head (soaring energy prices now) this economy could sink into malaise. Bushies sugar-sweeted it for a long time with deficit spending but it's really not going anywhere. What we need is a repeat of the Clinton economic era.
