The point is the top 1% need to start paying off the Bush deficits. After all they benefitted the most from the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy. Bottomline, the country couldn't afford it. We also need to cut wasteful spending, starting with the top of the line items like nuclear weapons and huge subsidies for corporations
