The fact is that the democratic party uses the term inappropriately simply to get individuals angry and against another group of citizens in our country. They use rich when in fact they are taxing the upper middle class, but if they were honest, then they would lose votes.

The pork barrel spending is the fault of both parties. Each one is guilty of it. Bush is guilty of the war and its expenses, but do not ignore that some of the worst pork spenders are democrats. Both sides are bad.

Will taxes be raised, I believe so. We have far too many attorneys in Washington, and they are terrible with budgets, that is not their field of expertise, and it hurts all of us.

Will spending be cut, no. They love the power and will continue to just throw our money away on stupid projects. It is legalized stealing to buy votes for their own re-elections. We do need to overhaul how sleazy politicians spend our money, but Bush and Kerry are part of the problem, not problem solvers.
