If -- big if for me -- just because 12 jurors was convinced, doesn't give me comfort -- if she did lie -- she lied about a non-crime. It is not a crime for her to have sold her shares just because she knew Waskal was selling. It is not a crime. A lot of people don't understand that point.

If she knew that the FDA had declined or delayed approval of Erbitux and she tried to sell before that became public knowledge -- that would be a crime.

Martha was convicted of lying about a non-crime. It's BS no matter how you cut it. She must have pissed off someone important along the way ...
