I see nothing to prevent you from doing so, as long as it is perfectly clear to everyone that you are engaging in a parody of the man rather than trying to convince everyone that you are indeed the real McCoy.

However, I sense that you are not among Mr. Kerry's supporters, so I would remind you of this old adage. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Would your parody of Mr. Kerry truly be intended to flatter the candidate?
