I am far too young to have heard of any of those things in this lifetime, but from an earlier incarnation I remember almost all of them.
They didn't mention wax lips. I loved chewing wax lips.
I still remember our telephone number. Hobart3-4232. And the way the milk bottles on cold mornings would pop their little paper caps into the air on a column of frozen cream. We used to earn prizes by going around the neighborhood with these cardboard sheets that came in the mail. They had little punch out circles with a number under them. FOr a nickel or a dime, the people picked a number. I have no recollection of ever actually getting a prize, or delivering one, and I wonder if I just sold a few and then took the money to Riley's Store and bought a cherry coke and a Little Lulu comic book.
