Actually, it looks like the CBO can't find any 'supply side' effect from the Presidents flacid and ineffectual approach to tax policy... he gave the breaks to the wrong sectors (for example: dividends should have been made 100% deductible for the CORPORATIONS... if you wanted to see a beneficial effect upon business growth and job formation).

And he didn't pair the rate cuts with loophole and subsidy ('welfare') elimination --- resulting in a conflicted and internally contradictory set of policies that cancel themselves out, as far as economic benefits.

Regarding your REPEATED & RIDICULOUS FANTASTIC CLAIM of "ruinous deflation" during the Clinton years --- I can only point out that I have repeatedly challenged you to produce even the slightest evidence for your fanciful claim --- and you have NEVER DONE IT!!!!!!

The only conclusion is that you enjoy your hallucinations too much to ever rejoin the real world --- so, have a nice 'trip', Cy. We all wish you well in 'magical mystery land'!
