betty --- I am back from St. Louis --- the airport is torn up for sure -- I had LOTS of fun checking out this investment. The payback on the initial investment will be very good in the short term, but this is not one to hold for the long term. The initial face-2-face talks on Friday went so well, that Saturday's night wine never got opened. Friday talks were long into the night and Saturday was a day to sleep late, postponing more talk until the afternoon over some beers at Schlafly (good beer, too). Sheesh, we had so much fun, I don't even remember what we did on Saturday night. Missed the Blues Festival though --- I wish I'd known about it before coming on Friday. I might have re-arranged the plans and tried to listen to some of the music. David
