Redfish,

Did you actually read Buckley's column? His point was for reasonable debate - that all criticism of Israel or neocons is not in of itself anti-semitic and that US policy should be in our interest and should not be held hostage to the close association between the Israeli lobby and Neocon pundits.

You conclude that these Neocons should be driven from power and thoroughly discredited. Don't you think this is a bit extreme? As a comment it drips with bigotry - whether you intend it or not and puts you in the same 'straigtened thought' pattern Buckley describes them with (just perpendicular).

The neocon pundits described (Frum and Perle) hold no elected or appointed offices - so what power do they have? Or are you advocating censorship?

John
