Janice and all. I've just read your postings on a 250 point drop
in the DOW. I thought that it had recently been changed, it has.
Is this the rule you are talking about:

Rule 80B

When the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) declines 350 points
from the previous day's close, trading in all stocks is halted for
30 minutes. When the Dow Jones Industrial Average declines 550
points from the previous day's close, trading in all stocks is
halted for one hour.

This came directly from the NYSE. I do not know if it applies to
NASDAQ or ASE.
