Glenn-- I'm no big fan of frivolous lawsuits, but these guys may have a point, if UPS really DID encourage its customers to continue shipping in the face of a threatened strike. I, for example, still haven't received my tax stuff from my accountants, though they assure me they sent it FedEx more than a week ago; presumably there's been what I really do consider an entirely unacceptable delay because FedEx has too much work to handle, and also because August in Italy is August in Italy. My accountants also assure me that they've filed for an extension, and they'd better be telling the truth.... Uncle Sam is not particularly sympathetic in these matters. Janice
